Q – "How can I open an account with Solarium Fabrics to order fabric for my company?"
A – We don't sell direct to just anyone. To set up an account with us you will need to contact your sales representative. To find your Sales rep, follow the link here: Find A Local Representative
Q – "We are very interested to receive further details on your fabrics. We would appreciate it if you could direct us to a representative to see if it is possible to buy from you and to receive help with pricing and sample requests."
A – Your Sales Representative should be your main contact when you are ready to figure out minimum quantity orders, pricing, as well as to make sample requests. They will also have further product specification information as well as any info regarding richloom operations.
Q – "We are interested in selling your product in our store. How can we acquire Solarium fabric?"
A – If you run a privately owned retail/design store anywhere in the country, and want to stock Richloom fabric we will put you in touch with our friends at TNT Sales. For more information on how to stock your store shelves with Richloom fabrics please contact your Sales Representative.
Q – "I am looking for a few yards of fabric for a small project I am working on at home. I can't find any yardage in stores, can I buy directly through you?"
A – Unfortunately, we only sell direct to account holders and require a minimum quantity order. If you are having trouble locating your fabric in stores, we recommend continuing your search in stores or searching online retailers. Please see our Where to Shop page for more retailers.
Q – "My fabric needs cleaning. How should I wash it properly?"

Q – "My fabric needs ironing. Can I iron Solarium prints?"
A – Yes, you can iron Solarium prints. Iron on medium heat, on the reverse (back) side of the fabric.
